Ordering Advice and Tips

To help us process your order or quote quickly,
please can you provide us with the following information.

With e-mails arriving from all over the world, having a postal address
enables us to send you a quote including carriage.

We prefer to send goods using United Parcel Service (UPS)
as they are very quick and have excellent internet tracking facilities.

For items of low value we are happy to send them using
standard Post at a much lower cost but this is without tracking or
insurance (at your risk) and can be quite slow depending on where you live.

We accept all major credit cards

Currently we are not running a secure server for Credit Card
details so we recommend you do the following

e-mail us your credit card details split between two separate e-mails.
as per the example below.

If your card number is 1234 5678 2345 6789 Ex 03/09

e-mail Number One
1234 5678 **** **** Expiry Date **/**

e-mail Number Two
**** **** 2345 6789 Expiry Date 03/09

We will also require the last three numbers on the signature strip of your card.

IMPORT TAX
For any goods that you import into a country you may find that you have to pay import Duty and Tax before you can take delivery of the goods. For full details we recommend you contact your local UPS office.
